When Google only gives us the option to verify your listing through the mail, please use the following procedure:

1. One of our customer service representatives will inform you that we have to use the Google mail verification process. Once you have been notified that we are directing Google to send the letter, it should take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive at your business address.

2. See image 1 for an example of what the letter from Google will look like. Once the letter arrives, call our customer service immediately at (877) 635-6225. Tell them that you are calling to verify your Google listing because you have received your letter from Google.

3. Open the letter and tell our customer service representative the PIN number located inside. (See image 2)

4. That’s All! Your Google listing will be verified and now all you have to do is sit back and watch your listing make its way up the rankings!

If, at anytime, you update your products or services, give us a call and let us know so we can reflect those changes in your listings. This also goes for changes to your phone number, address, business name, etc.
