David has been involved with high-tech companies for over a decade. He led tech development at Interchange Corp., launching the fastest growing local search destination (local.com).
As a founding partner at Mail2World, he created an e-mail service and established its use to 6.5M hosted mailboxes. At PIMCO, David led the implementation of a high-capacity electronic exchange, which conducted over $1.2 trillion in trades during its first year.
David has also consulted as a technical analyst to Fortune 500 companies. He has appeared on CNBC and TechTV, evangelizing Web-hosted software services.
David graduated with an Engineering degree from USC as a Phi Kappa Phi scholar, and holds an MS degree in Biomathematics from UCLA.
Senior Director, Technology
Ajay has over 10 years of experience developing, managing and maintaining high throughput software systems. Staring as a middle tier developer, he was responsible for developing email servers that process over 300 million email messages daily.He has extensive experience in all aspects of software development life cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, developing functional specifications, coding, testing, debugging and deployment. In addition to software development, Ajay's daily activities include database monitoring and optimization, monitoring servers and leading the RelevantAds software development initiatives. Ajay has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune, India.
VP of Finance and Administration
Mat has been involved in the financial leadership of numerous start-ups, Local Splash being one of them. He has been integral in the establishment of processes and financial planning to help the Local Splash team succeed.Earlier in his career, he was involved in several larger corporations. For instance, Mat was CFO at Alzheimer's Association and Human Relations & Payroll Director at UPS. Wanting to further challenge himself, by trying something new, Mat shifted his focus to start-ups and has enjoyed seeing the growth from inception.îThere are several fun aspects to my job. Our company culture is one where creativity is encouraged and we want people to enjoy coming to work.î Mat holds a bachelor's degree from UCLA and an MBA from USC's Marshall Business School.
Debra is responsible for product operations, which includes the fulfillment/delivery of products purchased by clients. She supervises a team of 50 people.Debra moved into the digital sector in 1999 at Flycast Communications/Engage Media after a career in teaching. A founding employee at WebVisible, Inc., she initially served as an Account Manager and later was named Director of Creative Development. She was a columnist for Search Engine Land and the Director of Operations at MerchEngines/Deluxe Inc.
Debra has a bachelor's and master's degree in History from UCSB, and a PhD in History from the University of Mississippi. She states, "I have always considered myself a student, regardless of the arena. Local Splash has been a terrific new school for me."

Director of Marketing
In his role of Director of Marketing, Jeremy uses his in-depth mastery of local SEO and local search product knowledge along with his background in marketing and advertising to keep Local Splash on the cutting edge of the industry.
Jeremy joined Local Splash in February 2009, starting out in the Provisioning and Technical Support departments. There he learned the fundamentals of Local SEO and what it takes to achieve high rankings for local businesses. He appreciates his time “in the trenches” because it gave him a clear understanding of how each department and process works within the company. Jeremy earned his BA in Marketing from Columbus State University in Columbus, GA.
Director of Project Management
Laure started at Local Splash as a PPC Consultant and is now Director of Project Management. Her goal, in her current position, is to produce high-quality solutions and new initiatives that bring value to Local Splash customers.Laure brings over 11 years of Internet marketing and management experience to the company. Prior to Local Splash, she worked for one of the top ten health websites where she managed PPC campaigns. Laure has a certificate in Business Studies from UCLA and a certificate in Internet Marketing from Learning Tree University. Laure also has a bachelor's degree in microbiology from the University of Louis Pasteur of Strasbourg, and a master's degree in marketing from the USTL of Lille, France.
Director of IT
EJ started out at Local Splash as a Sales Opener, but had experience as an I.T. Consultant so he moved into the I.T. Department. He manages this department through the direction of the I.T. Help Desk, interacts with vendors for technical resources, and maintains optimal technical functionality for all departments.Prior to Local Splash, EJ was a Graduate Assistant, teaching pagan mythology at CSU Long Beach. During his time at CSULB, he received a B.A. in history and M.A. in ancient history. EJ looks forward to continuing to grow with Local Splash. "The amount of experience and knowledge I have gained these past three years has been astounding to me. I am eager to see how far these new skills take me in the years to come," he states.
Hitesh's daily responsibilities include maintenance of current code, fixing bugs, and product development. Hitesh enjoys the fact he also has time to work on miscellaneous projects he think might benefit the company. He states, "This would not be possible without the support of other team members. We learn from each other's experiences and knowledge."Hitesh worked as a QA Engineer at Mellmo.Inc., but he wanted to work in development rather than testing. He got a job at Rhino Web Group, LLC where he started working on new .Net technologies. "I love exploring new tools and techniques that evolve continuously in the software industry," says Hitesh. Hitesh has a bachelor's degree in technology engineering from Kurukshetra University and a master's degree in computer science from San Diego State University.
Anitha's daily responsibilities include developing and creating new features using .NET framework and C++ programming, creating and maintaining websites, dealing with API's for enhancements and gathering Google data, creating various database level operations, and enhancing Mailer features.Anitha started working in software development as an intern for CSS Technologies. Her first full-time job was at Magic Software Enterprises as a Junior Developer, working on Rich Internet Application development features. Then, she worked as a ColdFusion Developer at EStream, Inc., using an SQL server database for most of the CFML designs. Anitha graduated from the Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Science and Technology. She also has her master's degree in computer science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Lu helps maintain and develop the website of Back Office, but he also brings ideas to the table for developing automation tools. Lu states, "I have been a Web Developer since college. The first web programming language I worked with was PHP. So far, it remains my favorite, but Python is a close second."Lu finished off his undergraduate education in China and then got his master's degree in software engineering from University of California, Irvine. "There are always opportunities to learn more. I am constantly learning from those around me with more experience. Technology is always evolving," he says.
Tariq's responsibilities include developing applications and providing support for RelevantAds web applications. He responds to system requests from other business units and assists in Macros Management.
He has learned a lot about SEO and how to perform SEO management services in an efficient and professional way. "I've been able to develop a much greater drive for my goals both at Local Splash and in my personal life."
Before Local Splash, Tariq worked with several mobile value added services companies as a software developer where his responsibilities included developing SMS and MMS delivery platforms that are compatible with GSM Networks.
Tariq was born and raised in Jordan where he received a Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering from Philadelphia University. Currently he resides in Orange County. On his spare time he likes to run on the beach, try out food from different cultures and participate in programming contests.
Michael's daily responsibilities include monitoring all communications for three different departments, measuring and tracking performance and retention efforts, and providing coaching to sales technicians and account managers. He also handles third party correspondence issues and matters involving competitors.Michael comments, "It is a really rewarding experience to see Local Splash grow despite any challenges that may come, and knowing that I had a hand in its move to become the incredible success story it is today." Michael worked in the banking industry for 18 years in various sales and management positions. Some of these positions were a Commercial Loans Analyst for the FDIC, Regional VP at World Savings Bank, and Director of Training at Wachovia. Michael received his bachelor's in business administration from CSU Long Beach.
Tina brings with her over 18 years of phone sales experience. She has worked at companies like Hooked on Phonics, Lending Tree, Aqua Resource Group, Leukemia Lymphoma Society, and Healthy Smile Magazine. She has managed sales teams of 12-15 people.
Tina started her career at Local Splash as Sales Technician in July 2011, but she quickly moved up to a management position. She currently manages her own sales team, Team Orange, at Local Splash.
Tina’s favorite part of her job is helping and mentoring members of the sales team. “It is rewarding to share my success with others and to mentor the agents into successful sales people,” she said. “I also enjoy helping others get the exposure they need to grow their business.”
Nikolas started his journey with Local Splash in July of 2011. He has managed to move up to manager of our Sales Departments and has over 900 active clients he personally enrolled. “Providing business owners with a long-term marketing solution is always my number one priority”.
Before coming to Local Splash, Nikolas worked mostly in Fashion Retail. He was one of the first Sales Associates at the Nordstrom in Honolulu when it opened in 2009. Nikolas has a wide range of experience and skills ranging from Customer Service to Visual Merchandising. “The best way to expand one’s skills is to gain experience in a variety of different environments,” he says, “So I switched from fashion to technology – both of which I love!”
Gene started with Local Splash as a Sales Opener in 2011. He is currently a Client Retention Manager, first in command, on Team Green.
As part of his daily duties, he hosts meetings to boost the morale of the team, recovers failed payments, and helps reacquire former clients.
Prior to Local Splash, Gene was an Appointment Setter for a time share, utility, and carpet cleaning company. He gained valuable experience interacting with customers on a daily basis, and has been able to utilize this experience in his current position at Local Splash.
“I really try to give clients the personalized attention that they deserve,” Gene states. “Our team wants to build long-term, trustworthy relationships with our clients.”
Olivia's daily duties include verifying hours, sales tracking, and anything else that is administrative which needs to be done.
Olivia has worked in sales before coming to Local Splash but loves being where she is now. She admits that there is just so much to learn in sales that working at one place is definitely not enough to learn it all.
Olivia started out as an opener and then moved into training the openers. She has finally moved her way up to admin. "I have had the opportunity to work with a lot of great people and have learned so much from every single one. When I started here I didn't think I would work here for as long as I have, but now it's become like a home away from home."
Olivia was born in a small town called Martinsville, Virginia. She graduated from a private high school in Virginia also.
Anthony enjoys working at Local Splash because no one day is ever like the next. “I get to interact with several different types of personalities throughout the day, which has helped me develop strong people skills.”
Prior to Local Splash, Anthony worked for Orange County Group in home refinancing, was a manager at Sundown Tanning, and worked in sales at 24 Hour Fitness. “At 24 Hour Fitness, I got to see people actually benefit from what I was selling, and the same goes for my experience at Local Splash.”
Anthony Devincentis pursued a degree in business administration at San Diego State University. “My learning hasn’t just ended with college. I learn new things all the time, here, at Local Splash.”
Abraham's daily responsibilities include putting together campaign and sales tracking reports, monitoring agents' progress, and training agents. He started at Local Splash as a Sales Opener and was promoted to his current role in November of 2012. Abraham states, "I still strive to climb the ladder, because I have a lot more to offer Local Splash."Prior to Local Splash, Abraham worked in construction, towing, and for a data pharmaceutical company. "I've always loved learning how different businesses operate and hope to own a business one day. When I do, I want it to appear on the first page of search engines," he says. Abraham graduated from Westwood College with a bachelor's degree in marketing. He comments, "Sales and marketing are closely tied together so I want to develop a strong grasp of both areas."
Stephanie is a Sales Technician at Local Splash. Her day-to-day duties comprise of helping clients improve their online presence, motivating colleagues and finding creative solutions to everyday problems. "Aside from the fact that I enjoy thinking outside of the box here at Local Splash, I also love being able to support our clients in attaining their marketing and financial goals through localized marketing tactics," Stephanie said.Prior to joining Local Splash, Stephanie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the American College of Healthcare for Surgical Technology and was actually a Surgical Assistant for a few years. However, somewhere along the road she realized her true passion was in sales rather than the medical service industry. Stephanie was first involved in loan modifications before discovering the fast-growing business of SEO. "In this day and age, everyone has turned to the Internet for all their needs. Here at Local Splash, we ensure that our small business owner clients take advantage of that by utilizing effective local search engine optimization actions." Born in Los Angeles, CA, Stephanie currently resides in Orange County, CA. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys reading, watching documentaries, playing pool and bowling.
Enterprise Account Manager
Alicia is responsible for monitoring sales and training new representatives. "I took it upon myself to set up a detailed tracking system and I really enjoy looking at the agents' progress each day," she states.Prior to Local Splash, Alicia held various retail and restaurant positions. "I learned the business importance of relationship building and customer service from these jobs," she says. Alicia also worked as a Direct Advertising Account Coordinator in San Jose where she started to develop her passion for the advertising industry. When she moved to Orange County, Alicia started working for a different SEO company but soon found a better opportunity. Alicia comments, "Local Splash is a leader in the SEO industry and I knew it would be a better fit." Alicia graduated with an associate's degree in both marketing and liberal arts. She then earned her bachelor's degree in advertising with a minor in business from SJSU.
Client Retention Specialist
Christopher started at Local Splash in 2011 as a Sales Opener. A little over a year later, he took on the role as a Client Retention Specialist on Team Green.Christopher enjoys working with clients and helping them with their needs. "We have all, at some point, been a customer or a client. Being able to relate with those I interact with over the phone, and see a situation from their perspective, is an important aspect of my job." Part of Christopher's daily responsibilities is coming up with creative solutions to help the clients he is assigned to. "Often, there will be a simple solution to a problem. It really comes down to listening to clients' concerns and getting to the core of what is causing the issue."
Kaylyn's daily responsibilities include coaching and training her team as well as educating clients on the importance and value of being found online. “I have had the pleasure of seeing some of my friends’ small businesses grow tremendously by using our service and getting front page exposure. I know firsthand that this really works.”Kaylyn has worked in the marketing industry for over 7 years with previous experience in the veterinary industry. She has also pursued a degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice at California State University Fullerton. Since being at Local Splash, she has learned a lot about search engine optimization and just how important it is for businesses to be found on the front pages of the search engines.
Ben is a Sales Technician at Local Splash. His everyday responsibilities include providing coaching to sales colleagues and informing prospective clients about localized marketing strategies that are proven to help boost businesses. "We truly value our clients here at Local Splash. Our team is dedicated to building enduring partnerships with our clients," Ben stated.Before joining Local Splash, Ben was a Branch Manager at American Home Loans for a couple of years. He came to Local Splash because he was interested in Internet marketing and wanted to expand his knowledge on local SEO. He also explained that since he's been with the company, his communication and interpersonal skills have greatly improved. Ben graduated from Glenn High School with honors and received his Associate's Degree in AutoCAD from East Los Angeles College. In his spare time, he enjoys playing baseball and football.
Local SEO Specialist - SMB
Steven's main responsibility at Local Splash is looking at client accounts that are under-performing and helping them get on the first page of Google's local results. "Local Splash has provided a great interactive working environment. Working in small teams has provided an opportunity for me to have a voice and share ideas that actually get implemented."
Prior to Local Splash, Steven worked in the IT Department at a law firm in Long Beach. He brings six years of Internet marketing experience from Yahoo! Search Marketing. "I picked up a lot of skills as a Listing Editor at Yahoo! that I utilize now at Local Splash."
Steven graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor's of Science in Magazine Journalism. "I came to Local Splash when I noticed the shift from print to digital."
Local SEO Specialist - Enterprise
Ian's daily responsibilities at Local Splash consist of performance tasks for the enterprise accounts. His job is to find solutions to keep these accounts from slipping in rankings and report his findings back to the account managers.
He also assists with audits and NAP cleanup. "Search engine algorithms and ranking factors are constantly changing, which allows for me to be creative and continually learn in the workplace." Prior to Local Splash, Ian worked in retail sales. He started out at Local Splash as a Provisioning Specialist, but progressively started handling bigger client accounts.
Ian graduated from the University of Phoenix with a bachelor's of science in business management and aspires to get his master's degree in business as well.
Local SEO Specialist - Enterprise
Ryan's duties here at Local Splash involve working on enterprise accounts, onboarding, performance, auditing , and reporting. He also works with raw data and creating reports and pulling useful information from the data that can not only be presented to management, but also to clients.
This is Ryan's third time working at Local Splash. "There is nothing similar to working at Local Splash. I worked in retail, at a LAN center, and even as an EMT."In his spare time he likes to read books, build computers, plays a lot of games, and watches a lot of shows.
Ryan was born and raised in Culver City, CA and currently lives in Santa Ana, CA. Ryan went to Goldenwest College and received his associates degree there. "Local Splash has taught me a ton about local search and online presence.
Before working here, I had close to zero knowledge of what SEO is and how local search works. Now, after working here, I am able to not only get businesses to appear on the front page of search results, but explain the reasons why I am able to get them there."
Local SEO Specialist - Enterprise
Lisa Patton does Local SEO Support here at Local Splash. Her daily duties include being responsible for performance work and optimization for all of the Enterprise accounts.
Lisa's previous work experience were far different from here at Local Splash but still gave her some valuable skills in order to work in this field.
Before Local Splash, Lisa was a counselor to troubled teens for many years and even held a positioning bartending and in management for 12 years. Lisa was born at UCI and was raised here in Orange County. Currently she resides in Fullerton, which is also where she went to school. On the weekends she loves to go riding with her boyfriend on his Harley.
Technical Operations Manager
Max started at Local Splash as a member of the content editing team, writing keyword-rich content for clients' profiles. He started taking on more responsibilities in the Provisioning department, eventually becoming a Provisioning Specialist.Eventually, he became a supervisor to the department, and is now able to put his experience with the company to its best potential use. Max's daily responsibilities include management of several teams in the Provisioning department at Local Splash. This entails helping with process automation and placement mapping operations, bulk uploads, and general troubleshooting. "The advancement and growth of my knowledge of office environments and SEO Best Practices has grown substantially since working at Local Splash," he says.
Kerry was the Customer Support Manager for four years and then moved into his current position as PPC Manager. His daily responsibilities include managing AdWords accounts for Local Splash customers. Kerry says, "Since being at Local Splash, I have learned a lot about how search engine optimization works."Kerry worked at Local.com from 1999-2005. He joined Local Splash in its infancy, bringing extensive knowledge of Internet marketing and pay per click campaigns with him. "I have been involved in almost every aspect of Local Splash operations, from provisioning to sales," Kerry states. Kerry graduated from Saginaw Valley State with a bachelor's of science in marketing and has been Google AdWords certified since 2007.
Stephanie's daily responsibilities include optimizing images, creating new listings, and creating portal accounts in Adwords. "I started out as a Data Entry Specialist. It's been exciting to take on new responsibilities."Prior to Local Splash, Stephanie worked at a small retail store. When looking for her next job, Stephanie wanted a position that would work with her school schedule but allow her more opportunity to grow. "Local Splash values the work-life balance. When I think of my ideal company culture, I think of Local Splash." Stephanie is currently attending Golden West College. "I want to continue my education so I can be more of an asset to the company. I want to study programming and I work alongside programmers who are willing to train me."
Video Production Specialist
Rick's daily responsibilities include overseeing creation and implementation of video ads for clients. He comments, "My experience at Local Splash has not only helped me learn more about video optimization and SEO in general, but I have also been able to be involved in activities where I lost 10 pounds and improved my bowling average. Local Splash takes care of their employees on every level."Matt's previous jobs included hardware testing, being a preschool volunteer, designing motion graphics for UC Irvine's recreation programs, and starting his own video production company. "It is really great to work in a position that compliments what I do at my own company. Skills that I pick up up from either one can be applied to both." Matt graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a bachelor's degree in Film and Media Studies.
Matt's daily responsibilities include development of Localsplash's custom websites and making sure that they are optimized for local business visibility. Matt also perform on-site audits of other websites developed for Localsplash clients and will make the changes necessary to help those websites rank higher in organic searches.
Matt previously worked on the search team at Localsplash, troubleshooting clients’ Google Places profiles that were not ranking on the first page of search results. Utilizing such tactics as NAP cleanup, citation audits, and making use of the Google Places support line, Matt eventually got to learn the most effective ways to fix and benefit poorly performing local listings.
Prior to being at Localsplash, Matt graduated from UC Irvine’s Film and Media Studies program and went on to create his own video production company, Classy Deer, with which he shoots short films and commercial videos in his free time. Matt believes in being humble and eager to learn in whatever situation he’s in, and follows a tweaked version of the Boy Scout rule – always leave your community in better shape than you found it.

Aaron started out at Local Splash as a Data Entry Technician. This is where she acquired most of her skills in dealing with clients' questions, concerns, and objections.Daily responsibilities include setting up new client accounts, interviewing clients to gather key business information, and taking down essential information for selection of Google categories and keywords."I learn something new every day and enjoy educating clients," states Suzette. Brianne's daily responsibilities consist of taking transferred client calls from sales and gathering key information from the client so that the Provisioning Team can properly represent the businesses in their profiles and on their landing pages.Prior to Local Splash, Brianne worked at a call center in Costa Rica. She worked in various customer service positions for about a year so she feels very comfortable on the phone speaking to clients. "I definitely think my past experience has contributed greatly to my success at Local Splash," she says. Brianne attended some college but prefers to learn on the job. "Most of what I know, I learned while being on the job. There is nothing like hands-on experience," she states.
Jessica worked at Victoria's Secret for four years in a customer service/sales position before coming to Local Splash. "Local Splash provided a different sales environment than what I was used to because you have to be proactive and look for people who might be interested in what the company offers rather than having them come to you," she says."You have to really know the product you are trying to sell because usually you interact with people who have little knowledge of it." Jessica worked in sales for roughly 10 months before moving into the Provisioning Department. Part of her daily responsibilities include verifying names, addresses, and phone numbers (NAPs) of clients, going over potential keywords, and gathering general business information. Jessica says, "I enjoy working in the Provisioning Department and can't wait to see what else there is in store for me at Local Splash."
Provisioning SEO Specialist
Kim's responsibilities at Local Splash involve assisting the onboarding and performance for our enterprise accounts. This consists of doing research prior to listing setup, searching and removing duplicate listings, and submitting corrections on listings.
Kim worked in the restaurant and food manufacturing industry for most of her pre-Local Splash work experience. She was a buyer for a tofu manufacturing company in Fullerton, CA.
Working here at Local Splash has taught her new skills that help her be an SEO expert. "Now, with my local SEO certification, I can now say that I am an SEO expert. I know various methods to get the client's website or IYP listings on or close to the ront page of SERPs. In turn, this can help with the client's customer conversion and retention."
Kim graduated from Cal State Fullerton and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Kim was born and raised in Southern California and likes to play computer games, watch television shows, "knit the heck out of yarn" and draw, She is also an avid archer.
Enterprise Data Control Specialist
Rina started in the Provisioning Department at Local Splash, where she completed ad-hoc tasks for account managers. She comments, " I have learned how important it is to be involved and to voice your ideas." Rina also helps the Video Production Department, where she has produced and optimized videos for clients and written voice over scripts.Prior to Local Splash, Rina worked as a Copywriter for an eco-friendly furniture e-commerce business. After getting laid off, she picked up a couple of freelancing gigs with a few newspaper publications, such as Philippine News, The La Mirada Lamplighter, and Fullerton Stories. Local Account Manager
Robert's daily responsibilities include responding to client's questions, making modifications to accounts, preventing client cancellation, indirectly verifying client pins, recovering payments, and helping current clients with any problems they may have.
Prior to Local Splash, Robert worked in the Sales Department at Egumball, an SEO company. "It was a great opportunity to learn about SEO and gain sales experience, but I really wanted to move forward in my career," says Robert. Before Egumball, Robert held a marketing position at Blenderfix and worked at Cingular Wireless in the Escalation Department.
Robert studied Information Technology for almost three years at Fullerton College. "I am really passionate about technology and I get to work at a really innovative technology company. I couldn't ask for a better opportunity," says Robert.
Client Support Lead
Tana started out in the Sales Department at Local Splash. She moved into the Client Support Department after two months. "Both Sales and Client Support utilize some of the same skills like being able to listen and find creative solutions to meet business needs.
I like how Client Support takes it to the next level by allowing me to develop long-term relationships with clients," Tana comments.
Tana's daily responsibilities include monitoring emails and client correspondence, creating reports, and handling failed payment recoveries. Prior to Local Splash, Tana worked as a Cashier at McDonald's and as a Caregiver for In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS). She states, "All the positions I have held have revolved around customer/client service and support."
Vanessa's daily responsibilities include mentoring agents looking to excel and general supervision of the sales team. "I am such a people person, so I really like being able to help others."Prior to Local Splash, Vanessa was a chemistry major, studying to be a pediatrician in the medical field. She also was interested in the changes happening with Internet marketing and would often read up on news in the field. Vanessa's passion for Internet marketing led her to decide on a different career path. "Since being at Local Splash, my interpersonal skills within the corporate environment have grown. I have learned a lot about marketing and have built some great networking relationships," she states. Vanessa hopes to continue to grow her knowledge of local SEO.
Nanette came to Local Splash in its infancy, when it was a five person company. She had previously been running her own business, making edible fruit arrangements. "I was looking for a change and have been fortunate to be at Local Splash long enough to see it grow into the company it is today," said Nanette.When Nanette started at Local Splash, she was doing a little bit of everything: payroll, office management, some Google Adwords campaigning, and making calls to clients. She was also the company founder, David Rodecker's assistant. As the company grew, she began to focus more on office management. Nanette states, "I love interacting with coworkers, especially those in the HR Department. We make a good team and get along very well. The different personalities within the company make it a fun place to work."
Carole's daily responsibilities include handling projections, forecasting, budgeting, and helping out with payroll.
Prior to Local Splash, Carole held various financial positions at an engineering company in France. She moved up from being an intern to an Accounting Clerk, and then a Financial Analyst. Currently, she assists with managing the financial team at Local Splash.
Carole has a bachelor's degree in economics and science from a university in Spain.
Sasha has several years of finance and administration experience in various industries. Her daily responsibilities at Local Splash include financial statements preparation, enterprise accounts billing, merchant accounts reconciliation, and managing Chargeback reports.
"I am continually learning something new from working closely with different departments," Sasha says.
What Sasha likes most about working at Local Splash is that there are always many projects and changes going on to keep her busy. She states, "I absolutely love being a part of them. Activities are diverse and it is great to see new ideas be brought to life."
Sasha received her master's degree in radio engineering from Taganrog State University of Radio Engineering in Russia. She also has an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management at Devry University in Long Beach and a graduate certificate in accounting.
Chuck is a certified Project Management Professional with over 15 years of experience in technology and leadership spanning the SEO, email, and consulting industries.As a technology consultant, he worked on multi-million dollar projects for public and private organizations located all over the U.S. and Canada. Chuck has a bachelor degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in Computer Information Systems and served in the U.S. Army in Germany as a Sergeant/Combat Engineer.
User Interface Tester
Anshika's daily responsibilities include performing regression and functional testing in a stage environment, while making sure the clients' requirements have been met. "I am here to make Local Splash's products 100% bug free so that, in the market, people will be able to trust our products meet a high quality standard," she states.Prior to Local Splash, she was working as a Tester at Deloitte Consulting on a state government project in Sacramento. She was involved in black box testing, functional testing, and regression testing on different modules. She also was involved during the entire software development life cycle. Additionally, she has created test plans and test cases, and executed all of them by using HP Quality Center. Anshika graduated with her Master's in Information Technology from a school in India. She comments, "I am excited to put my knowledge to use at Local Splash."
Creative Marketing Manager
John creates everything from banners and backdrops to videos and Flash animations. He has helped change the company's slogan and visual reputation. "The most exciting part of coming to work everyday is that I never know what to expect. Projects vary from day-to-day, week-to-week."Prior to Local Splash, he worked for an award-winning customer service company. He won six awards in only six months for outstanding service, became chairman of their Incentives Committee, lead his team to set the bar for employee productivity, and reformed the standard for new hire expectations. John graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration, with a strong emphasis in graphic design and photography.
